Dr. Tara is the Founder and Managing Director for Peters Consulting Group (PCG). She's a gifted educator who believes there is no greater calling than educating our future generations. A professional educator for more than 24 years, she currently serves as Academic Dean for the Texas Campus and Professor in the DeVos Graduate School at Northwood University. She earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Systems and has taught undergraduate as well as graduate students, including several experiences teaching in Northwood’s international programs.
Tara consults internationally and has worked with several companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, including Coca-Cola Bottling, Allstate Insurance, Walmart Distribution Center, Medical Center of Plano and Ocwen, to name a few. She has influenced hundreds of leaders who have been students in her classes and have gone on to lead others. Her scholarly work has been presented at regional and national conferences.
Dr. Cathy has spent the past several decades investing in the development of leaders as a consultant, professor, coach, researcher and author. Having had the great fortune of working in a few jobs that she really loved, it is Cathy's mission to help leaders create the type of organizational culture that people love to work for and customers love to work with. This has inspired the focus of her consulting business, Bush Consulting LLC, as well as several collaborations with other consulting organizations.
Cathy has worked on leadership development with people from all around the world in many industries. She has also had the good fortune to work on leadership development as a professor of graduate and undergraduate business, psychology, and healthcare administration in several different universities. Dr. Cathy earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University, and has shared her expertise in various conferences and professional organizations.

Although we may have gotten technical training on the elements of doing a task, we rarely get training on how to lead people when we first step into leadership roles.
