One-on-one meetings with either Dr. Cathy or Dr. Tara.
Coaching meetings twice per month for 6-12 months will include assessments, discovery, planning and debriefing.
Leaders will have practice and preparation between meetings to build skill and insight.
We will work together to
establish goals for your leadership development, uncover areas of strength as well as areas for improvement, and measure your progress toward goals.
Leaders with various roles in the organization are assigned to a learning team.
Sessions run during the work day for 2 hours each.
Two sessions per month with Dr. Cathy and/or Dr. Tara.
Minimum of 3 months (6 sessions per learning team).

We will work with you to customize a learning program for your leaders. We begin with a needs analysis to see what topics make the most sense for us to cover in the sessions that are designed.
Based upon the comprehensive list of topics, chances are that we have experience with a specific area of need for your leadership team, but we also love to design new sessions, and we are happy to work with you on specific areas of need that are identified.
